About Grace

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would say that I am very scrappy when I am playing. I always give full effort and don't let the ball touch the floor without going all out.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

On the court I focus on always learning from mistakes but making a point to have a "next play" mentality. I always try to lift up my teammates and encourage them.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in band and choir. This summer (2024) I served as a volunteer camp counselor for two weeks.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Something I have learned in volleyball is that clear effective communication is key to success and that it is good to step up and be a leader instead of waiting for someone else to do it.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I did face many challenges in school through 7th grade. I learned that it is worth persevering and putting in the hard work and staying strong in my faith.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college with a close knit team where players and coaches have strong communication and dedication to keep learning and growing in the sport of volleyball.
