How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Energetic, collected, smart, and scrappy. Versatile. I can hit in a pinch as well.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I bring energy, fun, and I hold my team accountable. I very rarely get in my head about a mistake. Next point mentality.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m in FCA and FBLA. I have received multiple honor roll awards, and awards like “science person of the year”, Ky High School Athletic Association Academic All-State 1st team 4+ years, Executive Council.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership, teamwork, determination, and perseverance.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I was a back up setter for V to #1 setter in state my Sophomore year so I didn’t see the V court until mid year when my coaches decided to put me in a ds position. After HS ball I tried out for a club team, was told I couldn’t play dual sports so tried out for a premier club late. Made it and they helped improve my skills and I earned a spot on my V team. Short version,NOW Setting this summer

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a semi-big college. Ones that have lots of events to attend, have a good business degree, and overall a good morale.

Blair could see some more action at setter this fall with the graduation of Kati Vest. Blair does a good job with first touches. Blair showed she can handle hard-hit balls toward the lines. Blair lays out with one arm only when needed to keep plays alive. Blair is outstanding at encouraging her teammates.
