About Hailey

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Play with a quickness off and on the ball. Dynamic hitting and blocking awareness. I play a very up Tempo style and have a pretty good IQ on the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I always have a smile on my face when around my teammates and coaches! I always see the positivity in people and like to not think of the negatives. When I am on the court I am very competitive but never a sore loser! Losing is apart of the game and you have to learn from your mistakes to become the great athlete you strive to be one day!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Avid since freshman year FCA Club Breast cancer awareness club

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Currently working on a leadership role on my club Team. Preparing to take on a leadership role my senior year on varsity. I also help out around my club whenever I can to help assist my coaches with the younger players.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I feel like one of my challenges I face is working on getting out of my own head. Sometimes I catch myself not making the right decisions during match.

What type of college are you looking for?

Honestly looking for a college that wants me! D1,2 or NAIA. I know what I can bring to the table and I am not afraid of a challenge.
