About Harper

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I work to be the best I can be on the court by having the best mindset and communicating with my team between every play. Having a positive attitude changes the way I play and the players around me.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

In games, I am loud, competitive, and a positive teammate that is resilient after every point. I strive to be the best I can be by putting in extra time and effort to reach my goals.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Out of school, I am apart of the National Charity League in the class of 2026. In school, I am apart of the Honor Roll.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed leadership throughout all of my experiences playing indoor volleyball to sand volleyball. I have played at different clubs and learned that someone on the team needs to step up when the team is down and keep the team energized and focused the majority of the game.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced many such as 2 concussions this past year on top of a broken foot. It has taken time to heal but I’ve pushed through and supported my team as much as I could and am cleared to play full time in 2-3 weeks. I’m beyond excited to get back on the court by Nationals and be fully recovered!
