About Harper

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As I play, I focus on doing the little things right and do what is best for my team to put us in the most successful positions. As a Libero, I am very vocal and run the back row-telling my hitters open spots to tip, roll, and attack. I play like I have never lost, going after every ball, covering hitters, and am always on my toes ready for whatever comes next.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a upbeat person who loves to have fun, but knows when it is time to focus. While playing, I have a "Next point mentality" and a "Nothing touches the floor mentality". I am a leader who stays hype and encourages teammates. Off the court, I am equally as energetic! I love to hang out with friends, and going on walks. I love to make others laugh and light up and room I walk into.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Outside of Volleyball, I am a part of Childhood Cancer Club and Future Buisness Leaders Of America Club at my High School. I also volunteer at my church most Sundays!

What type of college are you looking for?

I look for colleges that I know will challenge me and make me better on and off the court. I want to be pushed academically as well as athletically.
