Expert Analysis
Mike Bryant | Prep Dig Scout

Dircksen is the primary defensive anchor for this group in the libero jersey. She was big time for Ross this past Fall averaging a team best 16.3 digs per match to go along with 47 service aces. The Little Giants were 18-6 overall with Dircksen leading the in these categories. One of her best attributes is her point awareness. She is locked on the ball flow across the net and is able to identify space to fill while still prepared to make a big effort if needed to chase down the ball.

Dircksen has developed a good passing rhythm on the court. She beats balls to their spots then stops on contact to make the crisp two to three-point passes. Her communication on each drill on and off the court deserved five stars. Dircksen consistently called out seams giving the other players direction.
