Puchalski caught my attention with some really aggressive swings out of the backrow during game play. There was just a different sound when she made contact and you could tell there was an explosiveness to her approach to the ball. Puchalski has sound technique and definitely tests the opposing team’s defense.

Isabelle was playing as a 6-rotation middle. Her sheer athleticism was impressive. Middle is one of, if not the, toughest position top lay, yet she didn’t get a break when she rotated into the back row. When I first walked over to her court, I was immediately impressed by her serve receive. I thought she was a pin; then I saw her take some rips out of the middle. Her composure and talent were incredibly impressive.
