Look out for this multi-talented terminator from the Gibbon lineup. The Buffaloes have leaned on several underclassmen this year, and Thyne has led the charge in several statistical categories. She has racked up a team-best 3.6 kills per set on an equally proficient 0.286 hitting percentage. As if that isn’t enough, Thyne has also emerged as one of Gibbon’s top serving weapons, too. Her scoring prowess can be seen in the middle or toward the antenna, where Thyne can use her physicality to overwhelm blocks on any tempo. We’re excited to see how this youth movement translates to future growth for the Buffaloes program.
