This was another athlete I was able to coach against this fall, and what a joy to watch Otto run the show.  There is no set out of range for Otto, her ability to be off the court and push it out to the pin with ease.  She was also able to run tempos in front of her as well as behind.  She was able to change up her front line with attackers flying everywhere, a well oiled machine.  The discipline, grit, and IQ are the intangibles you want in every setter and Otto has it.  She will be at 1W out of Green Bay for a loaded 17s team who should be exciting to watch.
