About Jade

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aggressive middle hitting. Can hit rapid 1 and 3 sets well. Solid outside, right side, and setter. Consistent all around player.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Focused, driven - with a high practice drive. Coachable. Willing to do what it takes to improve my game and help my team. I practice 5-6 days and attend 2 athletic training ETS sessions per week on average. I also try to play with older players and adults whenever possible. Have added grass volleyball pick up games to help develop my playing/reaction speed. Running jump in the 9’6-9’10” range.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Art work has been submitted for display at ECASD Superintendent Office and for WI State Student Art Gallery Shows. Piano - WI Solo Ensemble UWEC 2022 and 2023 with State Competition qualifying scores. Odyssey Of The Mind State and National Tournament Competition 2022.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

In progress. Will start high school in the fall of 2025 so will be adding to this.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Finding additional high level training can be challenging at times. My parents help me as much as they can but would be helpful to have supplemental challenging training on a weekly basis year round. Working on improving my blocking by anticipating opponent movement for closing the gap more efficiently.

What type of college are you looking for?

In progress. Will start high school in Fall 2025.
