I have persevered through a family divorce, close family passings and loss of identity through them. With goals set before me and great support from my mom, grandparents, siblings and teachers I continue to rise to be a great role model for friends and athletes I meet along my path.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a Christian based college that appreciates nature and involves creative ways to encourage student success rates. I love extra clubs and building healthy relationships with people that are like minded. I am competitive but want the success of people to be top priority.

One thing that really stood out at Spikefest was her ability to get under the ball—whether it was tight to the net or pushed off, she found a way to make the perfect play. Adding to her skill set, Smith brings great height and sets up an impressive block, making her a force on both sides of the ball.
