Turner brings a different dimension to the setter position! Her size can create another challenge for opposing defenses. She uses that advantage while continuing to keep her offense moving. However, it is her decision-making that really catches our attention. Turner does not make it easy for blockers to predict her next move. She can disguise her intentions and create better opportunities for her hitters. She also maintains a steady rhythm throughout a match. When the defense adjusts, Turner can respond. That ability to make changes keeps her offense difficult to read. Because of that combination, Turner has earned her place among Colorado’s top 2027 setters.

Jillian Turner brings size to the setter position, which creates additional challenges for opposing defenses. She uses her length effectively and maintains strong tempo throughout the match. Meanwhile, her ability to disguise intentions keeps blockers from getting comfortable. That unpredictability helps create opportunities for her hitters to find success.

Turner is a setter who plays for NORCO. She has been a star player in the state, earning bids to beach nationals three times during her career. Her beach experience makes her an extremely well-rounded player. She ran a 6-2 in high school, no doubt to use her as an offensive player in the front row.
