Valdez displayed a great attitude during the event, always being ready to step into whatever position an extra body was needed and delivering what was needed there. I saw her play in all three positions at the net and she did well in all of them, always performing with a high intensity level. Valdez was also able to do it because of her solid all-around game, which allowed her to play different roles at a good level. She was also very vocal and positive on the court, consistently communicating with her teammates and celebrating every point.
