Baranowski does a great job in that setter spot running the squad. Caught my eye with how she sees the opposing side of the court. Giving setter kills with one hand, setter dumps with 2, or even a jumping setter back set dump in short corner, impressive! Has nice soft hands when setting hitters. And like I said, she reads the court very well in knowing where the defense is and knowing what hitters to send the set. Good awareness from Josephine.

Attack VBC 16’s frontline is full of potential, and the player setting the table for them all is Miss Josephenine. The director, the floor leader, and the coach on the floor are doing it with precision and fun. Textbook hands, quick, steady, and clean. Good footwork, covers angles to cover the floor, runs every set you want with precision. Her serves are accurate, on target!
