About Juliet

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A 6'1" versatile MB/OH/RS I work to make a difference both offensively and defensively. I bring a strong blocking presence and a high hitting efficiency. I consistently find ways to score against tough defenses. I play smart. My serve is aggressive and reliable often putting opponents out of system. I play with composure and court awareness adapting quickly to different positions and situations.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am known for my energy, work ethic, and ability to lift my teammates. My game play is powerful, efficient, and team centered. I will train as hard as I can to improve my skills for my own growth and to help my team succeed.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

An artist as well I have won many 1st and 2nd place ribbons at HLSR. A favorite award was when I won Best in Show for my artwork at The Houston Worlds Series of Dog Shows. Volleyball and High School Honors classes do keep me very busy, but I am in clubs like Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Unshakable Hope, and others. I plan to start my own organization my junior year for future leaders.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Balancing all honors classes with the demands of a competitive volleyball schedule is a challenge I work hard to manage. In addition to academics and athletics, I dedicate time to volunteer work, church, family, and maintaining a social life. Being part of a blended family can make scheduling more complex, too. These experiences have strengthened my time-management and determination.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want a school that has health and science areas of study. I really want to play at a school strong in academics and also competitive in volleyball. So many D1, some D2, and a few D3 schools are of interest to me. I also hope to find a campus where I can grow as both a student and athlete. At, 15, I am open to looking at all opportunities.
