She just seems to have that little extra edge, a higher vertical, faster arm swing, and crisper shots. All of the improvements that come with a lot of hard work and time spent playing high-level volleyball. She is a player on the rise and one to watch closely.

Kaitlin is a player I have had the opportunity to see numerous times over the past few seasons. She has really developed her all-around game, and it is showing this high school season where she is hitting over 0.200 as a pin hitter. She is one of the kill leaders on her team and leads the team in service receptions and digs. She is a dynamic athlete who really does it all as a 6-rotation player.

Kaitlin was an offensive threat and go-to hitter at the Sizzle. Where she really impressed me, though, was her defense and serve receive. She stepped up in a big way for her team when she was in the back row. Her experience and confidence were apparent, and she consistently impacted nearly every point.
