About Kaiya

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a libero, my style is all about consistency and agility. I’m always moving, communicating, and making sure the team stays organized, especially in serve receive. My goal is to keep the ball off the floor and give the setters good passes to run effective offense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m focused, calm under pressure, and always looking to improve. I stay positive, bring energy, and stay adaptable during the game.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. I focus on supporting teammates, staying adaptable, and keeping the energy up. I’ve learned to lead by example and stay reliable, whether on or off the court.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with a strong athletic program that values teamwork and personal growth, both on and off the court. Ideally, a place where I can challenge myself academically while continuing to develop as a player. A supportive, competitive environment is key for me.
