The class of 2025 carries some pretty strong liberos. Only two other liberos ranking ahead of Kareena have yet to commit. Normally, she shares the libero role with Sherry Ye Sherry Ye 5'3" | DS/L Winston Churchill | 2025 State VA , but with her absence Kareena took over the back row responsibilities. Kareena made some tremendous digs, passes the ball well and brings a tough serve to the court.
The one trait I like about Kareena is her attitude on the court. She appears to have a quiet confidence about her. You can tell from her play that you are getting full effort from her.
Lots of liberos on the landscape but few better than Kareena.

One of the top liberos in the Maryland area. She has shared that top libero status with her high school and club teammate Sherry Ye Sherry Ye 5'3" | DS/L Winston Churchill | 2025 State VA for at least three years. Both players cover the court well. Kareena brings an aura of control while she is on the court.
It would not surprise me that their back row play gives Churchill a big push for the Maryland class 4 state title. Getting past Richard Montgomery rates as their biggest challenge.

Love her intensity and intelligence on the court. Kareena is always looking for that extra edge to get a point, whether that is improving her serve to make it travel with greater velocity across the net or finding better reads on the defensive side to prevent the ball from hitting the floor. In 2022 at the Junior Nationals she earned a spot on the All Tournament team in the Freedom Division. Unfortunately, MVSA did not qualify for the Junior Nationals this year. Fast and quick on defense she can be a difference maker on the court.
