Mike Bryant | Prep Dig Scout
Baumer got her feet wet during the high school season as a supporting arm for St. Henry’s offense that featured other core attackers that guided them to a very successful Fall season that ended with a state runner-up finish in DVI. At 1.5 k/s, she proved her abilities to contribute as she earned a total of 127 kills. At 5’10, the lefty right side attacker has good length, jumps well, and can put some good pace on the ball when on time to a well located set. St. Henry graduates some primary pieces so look for Baumer to see a lot more action and make a bigger impact.

Baumer is the second of two freshman contributors at the net offensively for St. Henry. She provides a key part to their attack from the right pin as the lefty can build good momentum and lift to an aggressive contact when on time in her pattern. With 120 kills on the season, Baumer contributes 1.5 k/s and 1.2 b/m. St. Henry has a good mix of offense and any flow to the right pin could be a good answer to what they’ll get from their senior veterans in the middle and on the left side. St. Henry is the #2 ranked team in DVI and will take on Independence.
