How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a six-rotation outside in NTX, my style is all about relentless, smart aggression balanced with unwavering team support. Drawing on my experience, as a setter in my prior club experience, and as a captain on multiple teams, I focus on a "next point" mentality, keeping the team steady and energized. I lead by example, celebrating my teammates' successes as fiercely as I attack the ball.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have an inquisitive mind, always eager to explore new topics and understand how they connect to the broader world. I approach conversations with warmth and an openness to engage. My goal is to apply what I know to help build a clearer understanding of the world around us, providing helpful answers to make every conversation a positive one.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've developed strong leadership skills as the captain for my club and school volleyball teams. My ability to excel in a team environment has been developed through years of participation in competitive sports, dance, and choir. Furthermore, my involvement in the National Charity League has instilled a deep commitment to community service.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A major challenge was breaking my foot in a tournament right before our national qualifier. I played through the initial injury because I didn't want to let my team down. While missing the qualifier was devastating, I channeled that frustration into my recovery and supported the team from the sidelines. I'm looking for a university that will challenge me both in the classroom and on the court. My goal is to find a top-tier academic institution with a highly competitive Division I sports program. I want a culture that values excellence in both academics and athletics.
