Efficiency has been a big part of Nuanes’ game. Last season, she finished with 212 kills while hitting .351. Those numbers tell us plenty about what she can do with her opportunities.

Her speed adds another dimension. Nuanes works hard to stay available for her setter and can attack behind the setter to stretch the block. Then, she can shift to defense and help close seams at the pins.

That movement is a major part of her value. She keeps the offense moving while still giving her team a strong blocking presence.

Nuanes finished last season with 212 kills while hitting .351. Her speed is a big part of what makes her effective. She stays available for her setter and does a nice job running behind the setter to help spread the offense. On top of that, Nuanes brings strong blocking at the pins and works hard to close those seams. Her combination of efficiency and movement makes her a middle to watch.

Nuanes is one of those middles who seems to be up everywhere. She moves quickly in transition and often beats the opposing middle to her spot, giving her plenty of space to attack. Her timing really stands out when she is running the three, and her reach gives her another advantage at the net. Add in that bounce, and Nuanes is a middle who can create problems in a hurry.
