Smith is a sound all-around player for the Cardinals. She sends quality roll shots to the back row and uses her off (left) hand to tip balls and surprise opponents. Smith also does a great job tooling blocks and has nice topspin on her serves. Smith makes smooth sets, executing a variety of them including shoots. Smith makes nice first touches and dives after balls. Smith even brings great energy to the court. Smith has 55 assists on the season for the Cardinals.

The Cardinals had their struggles this season fielding a team with just two seniors and two juniors. However, players like Smith give the Cardinals hope for the future. Smith made good sets when the Cardinals were in system. She is also learning ways to control the net. Smith takes strong swings from the back row giving the Cardinals an option there. Smith had 100 assists and 129 digs helping Livingston Central make it back to the 2nd Region Tournament.
