A big and physical middle from the famed Cornerstone Christian High School and the Alamo club, Bourn turned some heads in one of our recent showcases last winter in San Antonio. Her physicality impacts the game in a lot of different ways and she’s been growing into one of the most interesting middles in her age group with her strong play over the last few months. Bourn is an excellent blocker, who gets off the floor quickly and knows how to put pressure on opposing hitters with her long arms. She’s also a handful offensively, making contact with the ball at a very high point and swinging it with a lot of power.

Bourn should be one of the most physical prospects on the court and we’re looking forward to seeing what she can do in our event. Currently listed at 6’2″, she is very strong and athletic and makes a big impact at the net. Bourn can hit different sets in the middle and almost always puts a lot of power into her swings – which paired with her high contact point makes of her a very difficult player to stop when she gets into a rhythm. Her blocking is also very effective as she places her long arms well across the net to put pressure on opposing hitters and gets off the floor very quickly.
