About Kelsey

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as someone who likes to have fun while competing to win. I love to cheer and be loud especially for my teammates and remembering when I make a mistake to shake it off and move onto the next play!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would describe my personality as energetic and always smiling. My mentality for volleyball is volleyball is a game of mistakes and everyone is going to make them so remember to move on after the point ends. I love to have fun and hangout with my teammates as well.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed lots of teamwork especially playing in the hardest division open, you need teammates for support and they need you. I always love to volunteer i’m working towards 200 silver chord hours by the end of highschool and i’m almost halfway there!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, moving from the club division in volleyball to open was a difficult challenge. Open is much tougher competition and i’ve learned to have confidence in myself and not play scared. I know that I can do it and know every practice to work hard and get better.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would like to play division 1 for college volleyball it is a big dream that i’m willing to work for.
