The list of Kansas’ starting freshman setters last fall is not particularly long, making Kimball’s accomplishments even more impressive. This multi-sport standout took the reins at Central Heights and dished out over 350 assists for the Vikings. Her impact was not limited to second contacts, however. Kimball also collected a whopping 64 aces from the line, leading the team in that category by a wide margin. Kansas’ rural scene will always give us names to follow, and Kimball has carried the banner well for her Richmond school.
