Lucas was one of the most exciting players to watch at the AP Sports Center. It was impressive enough seeing her dominate the court, but even more so after learning she is only 15 and playing up an age level. She has a tremendous vertical and quick arm swing which are a short recipe for success. I saw her attack and put down balls from around the 10 foot line multiple times. In addition to her skills, Lucas plays with high energy which not only makes the game fun, but also is contagious.
