How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am quick and agile and I like to play by the rules. I am persistent when it comes to keeping the ball in the air and I have the bruises to prove it.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a tough competitor. I know I need to put in the work in order to improve. Although I like to be the best, I have learned that there is always a lesson to be learned in failing.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have received honors for academics all 3 years in middle school. I also like to perform on stage when time allows. I was recently cast as the lead in Anastasia-it was a lot of work but I enjoyed it a lot.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have become more confident on the court when talking with the ref and in talking to my hitters when deciding on a play.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Not always getting the team or theatrical role or volleyball team I have trained hard for is always difficult. I have learned to ask questions and work harder in hoping to improve my chances next time around.
