About Kylee

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a hardworking player. I’m always wanting to better the ball and allow my team to succeed. My teammates would describe me as the leader of the team because I stay on top of the game while supporting everyone else.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am very outgoing and friendly person. I love to help and I am eager to learn. I give my all and try to never get down on myself.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in many clubs at my school including National Honor Society, Renaissance, Pep Club and LINK Crew!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed open-mindedness, adaptiveness, leadership, can take criticism well and multi-tasking.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

During my sophomore I got moved from a Middle Blocker to an Outside hitter and it was a big adjustment, but that same year I led my team to a district championship. After adjusting to my outside position my club team was in need of a middle hitter and asked me to play because “no one could get the job done as well as me”, so I am currently my club team’s starting middle.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with a great volleyball program and a good reputation for business. I want a mid to large university with an excellent campus that I can truly have the college experience.
