Laila Jackson Laila Jackson 5'9" | OH/RS Bixby | 2027 State OK is an important player to watch as she moves through the club season. She is consistent in attacking with exceptional in blocking. She is undersized, but gets up and sets her middles up well to close the block. As a hitter, she uses quick swings to consistently find ways to terminate with speedy shots. Laila knows how to score against any defense and makes her presence known. What makes her even more dangerous is her presence as a blocker. With quick footwork and strong hands, she shuts down opposing hitters and forces them into tough angles that her middles come in to help with. Her ability to read setters and anticipate attacks allows her to be a true defensive wall at the net. Laila is a strong teammate and will surely help her team secure a bid to nationals here soon!
