Expert Analysis
Rob Howe | Prep Dig Scout
LeClere is a joy to watch play, a volleyballer that does whatever it takes to help her team win, doing it at a high level. She has a knack for coming through at important times in matches, but, truth is, she is constantly producing positive results. LeClere led the Hawks in kills (408, .321) through the team’s first 90 sets of 2025. She also paced the squad with 59.0 blocks and contributed 145 digs to the cause, too. LeClere performed well when I was watching her at the Westside Invite in Cedar Rapids on Oct. 11. She plays bigger than her listed 5-foot-8 height. That’s because LeClere is an explosive athlete that jumps out of the gym. She’s quick around the court and agile at the net with plenty of power in her swing.

Read EvaluationRob Howe | Prep Dig Scout
LeClere ranked sixth among Iowa prep players with 312 kills through West Delaware’s first 69 sets of 2025. She operated with efficiency, as well, hitting .326. Her 41.0 blocks and 119 digs highlighted her commitment to defense. LeClere is a bit undersized at the net, but she makes up for it with excellent athleticism, explosion off of the court and a technically sound game. She reads the defense well and finds open spaces to put the ball down. Her vertical leap and timing lead to effective blocks, while quickness and sharp reflexes help in defending the back row.
