About Lauren

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a player who sets high goals and will reach out to my coaches and teammates in ways to continue to grow as a player.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very positive and passionate player, who finds joy in all aspects of the game.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am apart of student council, I was selected for the 9-10 Minnesota honors choir, and I was on A honor roll for the 2023-2024 school year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am developing my leadership skills on and off the court by supporting my teammates through their highs and lows. Off the court, I am trying to make a positive change at my school by being apart of student council. I have participated in the polar plunge for special Olympics since 2022. I also enjoy serving the community by volunteering at feed my starving children.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In the summer of 2021 my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I learned from that experience to find the strength and resilience even through hard times by relying on my family and friends. Also to find joy and happiness in every moment of life.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a small to medium size college that offers a nursing program.
