Layla Jenkin is a crafty setter entering her senior year of high school who does an excellent job distributing the ball and giving each of her hitters opportunities to score. Although she is undersized, Jenkin makes up for it with her speed, volleyball IQ, and ability to run a fast tempo offense. She moves the ball efficiently and keeps opposing defenses guessing with her decision making. Defensively, Jenkin works hard and consistently picks up tough balls to extend rallies and give her team additional opportunities to score.
