Please officially welcome Miss Wise to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 60th best overall prospect in the 2027 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays for Stockdale High School and also plays sand volleyball for the 210 Beach program. For those special players who are able to play both indoor and sand, it teaches them so much more about the game and they also become very well-rounded in the sport. They have to rely on every skill set in order to excel. This is exactly what you see when you watch Leann play the game. During the high school season she is extremely prolific at scoring the ball and never coming off of the court. Her all around game is exceptionally strong and that is due to her being a phenomenal beach player. The six-footer rises up on the pins and crushes the ball with enormous power. With her vast array of shots, she routinely scores in high double figures in each match. Her school team moves her around the court really well and this helps to keep the defense guessing which direction the ball is coming from. In only her second season on varsity, she already has tallied over 1100 kills. This year alone she is already at 426 kills on an extremely impressive .400 hitting percentage. If she continues on this trend, she will easily become the most prolific scorer in Stockdale school history. Even though she does not play indoor club anymore, she is still a volleyball player who will get tons of interest from college programs who have beach programs.
