Leni has committed to Michigan. Early in her career she began as a middle. In my opinion she could hit the quicks better than any middle in the area. She converted to outside with a move to Metro a couple years ago. There were some early struggles getting used to the higher sets but with more repetition became greater consistency. Her approach jump also reaches 10’6″. The conversion to outside also happened at Langley where her hitting led the Saxons to the Class 6 state championship last year. She can play six rotations, though Metro will rotate her out in the back row for a defensive specialist.
