About Lexi

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

The way I would describe my gameplay style is smart. I always think about if i should hit cross or line, or push into corners or campfires. I think that looking for the other teams flaws helps me figure out where to hit/ tip. I like to play fun and aggressive, all while having a good time.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality/personality is always finding ways to fix my mistakes, I like to watch back tapes and fix my mistakes that I notice, my personality would be described as bubbly and a humble player. I know where I belong on court and I can work with what I get.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

No

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Over the years I have developed big leadership skills, I will always understand my teammates because I know what its like to not feel seen/heard or feel like you aren't playing good enough. So it is always nice to support my teammates along their journey too.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A big challenge I have faced is how high of a standard I have held myself to. I except a lot from myself because I know what I can do and what I can avoid easily. It definitely gets into my head a lot. I also face a very common challenge of being an undersized hitter, i always try to adjust to my height, and I enjoy working out to get a higher vertical and working with my height.

What type of college are you looking for?

Colleges that have good coaching, and positive environment.
