Mason had a tremendous final season for Burlington Edison; the 2025 uncommitted prospect used her strong left arm to rip kills all over the court. Mason will cut the ball hard to the angle and bounce a ball when she turns a swing down the line. Her accuracy as an attacker out of the middle and on the right side was impressive; she was an efficient scoring machine for the Tigers.

Mason has grown as a defender over the school and club seasons, she played the off block position well with stromg hands and the ability to make a lunging dig. Her excellent length, strong block and varied left handed attacks make her an ideal RS. Along with several other underclassmen on the team, she will have the chance to come back as a senior and excell with the WVBA 18 Adidas team.

Mason is a match up problem, at 6’1″, the left-handed right side has a strong block and is able to hit around, over and through the block. She was able to score on sets that may not have been perfect, dropping a three-quarters shot just in front of the back line. Mason has the ability to hammer down a ball when the opportunity is there, but will also throw a perfect off-speed shot into the corner to score.

Mason started the season with games of 12 and 14 kills while hitting over .450. The competition stiffened at the SunDome tournament, but the Burlington-Edison star still sits with over 100 kills very early in the season. Her overall game improved this season, and it ended with first team conference honors in the Northwest League. Her kills, digs and aces all increased in less sets played this year, excellent improvement from a player who opposing defenses were keying on.
