McCarty is turning into a nice six-rotation player for the 16-1 team. She does a great job hustling after balls and brings a lot of energy to the court. McCarty does a variety of sets including the back set and is working on her setter dump. On defense, she gets up on blocks trying to disrupt plays at the net and hustles after balls on defense. She does need some work on her one sets, but is putting in the effort to improve daily.
