She plays outstanding Zone 6 defense whenever she rotates in as a DS. However, Brewer will also play around the dial and wield her all-around prowess along the net. Brewer continues to transform her scouting report as she competes with River City Jrs 16 Navy. We’ve seen her take over matches as an all-around outside hitter, but last weekend’s Power League showed what she can do as the leading libero. Brewer’s left-side attacker experience made her a natural fit for the middle-back area, where she took up tons of court as a floor defender. Her passing also aided the success of 16 Navy’s attackers, making this one of the most balanced squads in the 16 Open pool.
