How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a libero, it is my primary duty to be overly vocal on the court and cover as much ground as possible. I try my best to stay active at all times even when I don’t touch the ball and call out everything that I see.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very bubbly player, I love to joke and have fun on the court to lift everybody’s spirits, however when the time is necessary, I have no issue locking in and not losing focus. If i make a mistake or a few errors, I pride myself on a “next point” mentality. There is no point in stressing about a mistake in the past that you cannot change, always focus on the future and the following points.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have become a very strong voice on all teams I have ever been on. I pride myself on being a good teammate and helping my teammates when they are down.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

During my 14U season, I strained my PCL in my left knee and was out for about a month. Then after I healed from that I then strained my PCL in my right knee and I never took the needed time to heal. Therefore when overworked, the injury would come back. However with many PT stretches and exercises, I am fully healed.

What type of college are you looking for?

My dream schools are University of Oregon and UC Santa Barbara. I grew up in washington state so I have a love for the forrest’s however I currently live in California. I feel like Oregon State is the best of both worlds. I strongly value my academics as well as my athletics.
