About Lily

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

My biggest strength as a player is my ability to communicate and stay composed under pressure. As a setter, I focus on making smart decisions, keeping my teammates involved, and putting them in the best position to succeed. During games, I show this by staying positive, adjusting to different situations, and working hard to keep our offense running smoothly.

What are you working to improve right now?

I want to improve my footwork, decision-making, and ability to run a faster offense. I’m also focusing on reading the defense better and building stronger connections with my hitters. My goal is to keep growing as a player, become a stronger leader on the court, and do whatever I can to help my team succeed.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I’m looking for a college program that challenges me both academically and athletically. I want to be part of a competitive team with a positive culture, supportive coaches, and teammates who push each other to improve. I value hard work, communication, and teamwork, and I want to play for a program where I can continue developing as a setter and a leader.
