Thomas is one of those players that makes a lot of the simple passes that she does not have as many flashy plays as some. She helps the Mustangs form a sound defense. Thomas reads hitters quickly and takes minimal steps to balls. Thomas does a good job sending out of system passes toward the net to hitters can put down balls across the net. Thomas creates a lot of quick points with her serving. Thomas has a sound jump float serve that sinks quickly and even paints the back line.
