Radaszewski was a key piece for Ursuline throughout her four-year high school career, earning 919 kills at a 43% kill rate. Her tools have been important for her Elevation teams as well given her club career among a core group of athletes. Very impressive given the tough competition she saw across the net. She got it done defensively as well with 300 total blocks. With a state title along the way, she also earned all-GGCL honors twice, including a 1st-team selection in 2024. She takes her skills to Miami University (Ohio).

Radaszewski also had some big kills in the win. She makes defenses know where she is because she can smack balls down with tremendous force. She will have plenty of one-on-one opportunities at the net because Ursuline is so balanced offensively.
