Loncar is another 2028 that found her next-level home during the recent club season. Committing to Clemson, she solidified herself as the top DS/L prospect in this Ohio class with the quickness and efficiency in her movement and ball control. She is a two-time state champion with Lake Catholic with another viable shot to claim the crown again with her in the libero jersey this season. Loncar averaged 22.8 d/m in 2025 and is off to another big start as updated stats for 2026 indicate 18.0 d/m over their first two wins during week one.

The Clemson commit has helped Lake Catholic to a quick start as the Cougars are 2-0 behind balanced offense and solid first-touch action. The junior libero is averaging 6.0 d/s as she earned 20 digs in their first match over Avon Lake, following that up with another 16 digs in their most recent win over Lake. Her breakout effort of nearl 600 digs in 2025 helped LC to another state title and cement her as one of the top DS/L prospects in the Ohio 2027 class with her stock continuing to rise regarding player rankings. This LC group is good in so many ways and could once again be atop the podium with another crown in November.

The Cougars are a staple powerhouse in Ohio as Loncar returns for her junior season following a solid 2025 effort. Her breakout sophomore season included picking up a career high 594 digs for a massive 22.4 d/m average for the defending state champions. She is a stablilizer for a squad that should be in the mix for yet another finish atop the podium in November. Lake Catholic also returns a core group of offensive threats. This includes the big arm of senior Ahnna Bergant Ahnna Bergant 6'1" | MB/OH Lake Catholic | 2027 State OH along with sophomore Ryann Schneider Ryann Schneider OH Lake Catholic | 2029 OH and junior Kenzie Smith. Senior Sophia Newland Sophia Newland 5'6" | DS/L Lake Catholic | 2027 State OH also contributes well in the first-touch phase.

Loncar is in a window of high performance coming off a fantastic high school season with Lake Catholic and now in another comfort zone in leading her AVC team in the libero jersey. This past Fall she earned a team best 594 digs for a 22.8 d/m average for the DV state champion Cougars. Early this club season, she is showing great consistency in her serve receive movement and accuracy while also making accurate defense look routine.

Loncar was also a DV 3rd team all-Ohio selection as she has been leading Lake Catholic defensively all season. She has picked up 531 total digs for a 22.1 d/m average to lead all Ohio 2028 DS/L prospects. With a regional final win last weekend, the Cougars will take on a Summit Country Day team that features the top Ohio senior prospect, which Loncar will have the opportunity to showcase her skills versus one of the most potent arms in the nation.

Loncar played in a reserved role in 2024 as a freshman but has seen a lot more court this season for Lake Catholic to contribute more to their passing and defense. She is averaging 21.2 digs per match or 6.5 d/s. She is a skilled passer and defender with no fear to make big plays in pursuit of the ball. At 5’5, she creates good angles and leads with her platform well to maximize her range. Earning 20 digs or more in seven matches this season, she earned 34 in their most recent 3-2 win over the Beaumont School.
