Stone led Avon to a solid win over Olmsted Falls by a 3-1 outcome. Avon features a senior-laden offense as three different attackers terminated in double digits with Stone leading the way at 20 kills. She also was outstanding on the defensive side with 28 digs for the Eagles. Stone has shined as consistent performer over recent seasons in both high school and club. She has good I.Q and court awareness that are key for any team she competes with. She is committed to Duquesne.

Stone (*pictured) is the top returning player in the SWC after earning 1st team all-league and 1st team all-Ohio (DII) honors in 2024. The Eagles were 24-3 overall as Stone provided 4.3 k/s along with 9.6 d/m. The Duquesne University commit knows how to get it done with her high volleyball I.Q. and a savvy set of tools to contribute in a variety of ways. Consider Stone and Avon to be a frontrunner in the SWC this season.

Stone does a great job moving her feet before balls get to the setter then takes strong approaches to the net hitting balls to different parts of the court. Stone can hit balls off blockers and make things happen out of system. Stone is not afraid to use her off hand to surprise defenders. Stone is also a good passer for the Eagles. Stone has 350 kills and 248 digs on the season for Avon.
