About Lucy

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a calm, positive leader on the court who motivates my teammates through steady communication and support. As a DS/setter, I focus on ball control, smart decisions, and keeping the team confident and in system.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a calm, supportive, and positive mentality. I stay focused under pressure, motivate my teammates, and am coachable, always open to advice to improve my game and help the team.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

In addition to volleyball, I participate in FFA, SkillsUSA, cheer, and Letter Club, which help me develop leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills. Academically, I’ve been recognized with several awards and have consistently made the All A or A Honor Roll.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through volleyball and school activities. I’m motivated, hard-working, coachable, and stay calm and positive under pressure. I also balance academics, extracurriculars, and community service, demonstrating responsibility, persistence, and a commitment to improving both on and off the court.
