About Lyric

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style is creative, smart, rapid, and unpredictable—I see the court differently, anticipate plays before they happen, and bring a dynamic edge that keeps opponents off balance. I’m not just playing the game; I’m thinking it, adapting fast, and creating opportunities where others might not.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is grounded first in my faith—I’m spiritually led by my belief in Christ, which guides how I approach the game and life. I bring a strong, disciplined work ethic to everything I do, always pushing myself to grow. Off the court, I’m someone who makes the best out of every situation—I’m outgoing, positive, funny, and a teammate who lifts others up and brings energy wherever I go.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I played on Texas fury 11 Legacy. For 11 legacy, I received the rising star award.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve worked hard to sharpen my volleyball instincts—learning to anticipate what’s coming and respond quickly under pressure. Leadership is also a big part of who I am. As a Junior Dream Team member at my church, I teach in children’s ministry and regularly volunteer in community service events. I’m involved in FCA, where I continue to grow spiritually and as a leader. I value understanding people

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A recent challenge I faced was getting injured right before the start of club season. I was nervous I might not be able to play, but I chose to stay calm, keep my faith strong, and focus on recovery. The injury turned out to be a blessing in disguise—it gave me time to learn more about my body, my mindset, and what I’m truly capable of. It taught me that with discipline, faith, and determination,

What type of college are you looking for?

In a college volleyball program, I’m looking for a team that feels like family—where there’s trust, support, and accountability on and off the court. I want to be part of a culture that pushes me to grow, challenges me to compete at the highest level, and helps me become not just a better player, but a stronger leader and person.
