I personally watched Bellarmine play last night, and Maddie’s addition to their squad should be an immediate upgrade. Her 927 assists on the season led all of 1A, and earned her yet another All State nod, this year on the 1st team list. She was also 2nd in all of 1A in aces, making her lethal in multiple skill sets.

After years of both setting and attacking at Springs Valley, Maddie FINALLY gets to be a full-time setter at the high school level. Committed to Division 1 Bellarmine, Maddie is a solid and consistent offense-runner who knows exactly who should get the ball, in the exact situation they need the ball to score. Already a multi-year All-State honoree, Maddie will be the reason the Blackhawks advance beyond regionals.
