Player Bio

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

The number one piece of feedback I get from coaches is my ability to hustle on the court. If there is a chance I can get to the ball, I will go for it. I am a skilled zone server and prefer a coach that gives continuous feedback during games and practice.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I love to win at everything. Everything I do I give 100% volleyball, school, and work if I'm spending time on it I'm giving it my all. My favorite teams have been the ones where team players are working together. I'd rather be winning collectively then getting good individual stats.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have worked at the same summer day camp since I was 12. I joined the Linc crew this year to help incoming freshman. I currently have a 4.0 through my sophomore year. I also participated in the newly formed Ethics Club at school this year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I also volunteer with youth volleyball and soccer events. I helped coach my sister's 5th grade rec team this winter.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Originally when trying out for clubs I had to really fight to get a spot. Only being 5'3'' I have been written off. I have shown what I can do when the season starts and have worked hard in the weight room to work on things I can control like speed and vertical. Each year I either have moved to a more competitive club or level.
