Schroeder has a fast approach and a big swing. She can swing around and over blockers making the opposing teams defense work for every ball. In the middle, she skillfully can swing to each sideline and can place the ball in deep corners catching the defense off guard. Her footwork as a blocker allows her to jump early and get multiple touches on the ball to help her teammates.
