About Madison

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My game play style would typically be going with the flow easily, such as adjusting and communicate with teammates, especially setter, so I won't be in their way as much as I can or to take the ball when it wouldn't be mine or sorts. I also try to look and "scan" the court, or the opposing side, so I can see what zone is open or who's more likely to not receive the ball well or sorts.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is usually strong, but there was some time where I may be hard on myself, for example after a bad game or tournament. But I still learn from them and use them as fuel to try harder during practices or games. With personality, I'm more described as calm, often I engage in conversation with teammates.I also try my best to communicate with teammates during games, including coach.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I haven't been in any other school-related clubs or sorts, beside volleyball club (Reno Volleyball Club). Nor any organizations. I had received non-sport awards that is school related, such as academic awards.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've developed skills such as socializing, communication, teamwork, as well as being able to support and advocate for myself.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

No, I have not faced any significant challenges.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for colleges that is close to my home within Nevada or sorts. As well as I've set a goal for myself to earn a 4-year bachelor degree for either Registered Nursing or to teach Public Health. Most of all, I'm also wanting a more of a welcomed environment where I can easily connect with people on campus and teammates.
